Who Are We?
The Liberty Bid for EACYPAA is a committee of young (and young at heart) members of Alcoholics Anonymous from the Greater Philadelphia area unifying to carry the message of A.A. And an experience of freedom and hope to all alcoholics, especially to the alcoholic who still suffers. This is achieved through practicing the 12 Steps, 12 Traditions, and 12 Concepts for World Service. It is our aim to bid for and to ultimately host the Eastern Area Convention of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous in Philadelphia.
What Is EACYPAA?
The Eastern Area Convention of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous meets annually. The convention provides an opportunity for A.A’s from all over the Eastern Area and all over the World, to come together and share their experience, strength and hope as members of A.A. EACYPAA is overwhelming evidence that large numbers of people are achieving a lasting and comfortable sobriety in Alcoholics Anonymous. Like any other convention, it is an opportunity to learn more about the program and sobriety.
